1.Product Overview:
This product series is prepared in the water phase using water-based special functional resins, non-toxic and environmentally friendly anti-rust pigments, and functional additives.

All surfaces to be coated should be kept clean, dry and pollution-free.
5. Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: New carriage: Remove grease from other surfaces with a cleaning agent, and remove salts and other pollutants with high-pressure fresh water; Renovated carriage: Use sandpaper or a spatula to remove the powdered paint film or floating rust on the surface, and use tools to smooth the uneven areas before spraying. Construction Conditions: Construction should be carried out according to the recommended construction process, and ventilation should be maintained during the drying period. It can be painted, brushed, or sprayed. It is recommended to use high-pressure airless spraying to obtain a uniform and good paint film and improve work efficiency. It must be stirred evenly before construction. If the viscosity is too high, 5%-10% of the original paint weight of clean water can be added to dilute it to the construction viscosity. In order to ensure the quality of the paint film, relative humidity>80%, or temperature<5℃℃, it is not recommended to apply. Outdoor construction cannot be carried out in rainy and snowy weather. If construction has already been carried out, the paint film can be protected by covering it with tarpaulin.
6. Storage and transportation: The product should be stored in a shady place, storage temperature: 5-35℃, and prevent severe cold, sunlight exposure and rain during transportation. The storage shelf life of this product is 6 months.

Gloss: high gloss.
Appearance of paint film: smooth and flat.
Theoretical coating rate: 4-5m2/kg (based on dry film 25-30um).
Length 4.2 meters, width 2.1 meters, height 2.3 meters, paint consumption 8-10kg: Adhesion: 0-1 level.
Surface drying (humidity 60%): 15℃≤2h, 25℃≤1h, 35℃≤0.5h.
Drying (humidity 60%):>48h.
Recoating time: Surface drying is enough.
