Epoxy Floor Coating

1.Product Introduction
This product has excellent media resistance and decorative properties. It is completely water-based and is an environmentally friendly product.
2.Product Composition
This product consists of component A and component B, which are combined to form a water-based epoxy surface.
3.Product Appearance
1. Water-based epoxy topcoat component A: colored mucus 2. Water-based epoxy component B: colorless and transparent mucus
3. After mixing components A and B of water-based epoxy topcoat: colored viscous liquid
Product Use
This product is widely used as a water-based epoxy topcoat for surface decoration and protection of concrete floors and walls
4.Product Features
1. As a floor topcoat, it has good wear resistance, hardness and media resistance.
2. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless.
3. Talc or quartz powder can be used to make water-based epoxy putty
4. Moderate viscosity, adjustable matte effect, room temperature curing, and fast drying.
5. Water-dilutable type, construction tools can be cleaned with water.
5.Product ratio
Component A: Component B: Water = 6:1:1-1.5
Usage
1. When using, weigh 6 parts of component A and 1 part of component B, and stir thoroughly with an electric mixer for 1 minute.
2. Then add 1-1.5 parts of water while stirring and stir evenly.
6.Product dosage
Use airless spray 6-8m*/KG Use roller coating 6-8m'/KG
Construction base
1. Water-based epoxy topcoat should be applied on water-based epoxy putty layer or other substrates with high flatness. 2. After construction, the second application should be applied 24 hours later.
Safety matters 1. This product is non-flammable and non-toxic, and can be transported as non-hazardous goods. 2. This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place without direct sunlight. 3. This product is an alkaline liquid, which is irritating to the skin and eyes. If it comes into contact with the skin, it can be washed with water. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention in time.
7.Notes
1. Construction must be carried out in an environment with a temperature > 10℃, humidity < 85% and good ventilation
2. Component A must be stirred evenly before construction.
3. It is strictly forbidden to mix component A, component B and water at the same time
4. The mixed paint must be used up within 0.5h 5. After construction, the tools must be cleaned with clean water in time
6. It is strictly forbidden to use tools used for oily paint to avoid contamination
8.Packing specifications
This product is packaged in 20KG or 50KG plastic barrels.
9.Shelf life
This product is used at room temperature and has a shelf life of 6 months.
If there is no abnormality in the appearance of the product after 6 months, it needs to be tested before use
