Multi functional paint

1. Product Overview
This product series is prepared in the water phase using water-based acrylic anti-rust functional resin, non-toxic and environmentally friendly anti-rust pigments and functional additives, and does not contain organic solvents.
2. Product Performance
Excellent anti-rust performance, with water as the dispersion medium, in line with environmental protection requirements; good adhesion, excellent chemical resistance, long-lasting and bright color: good matching, construction according to our company's recommendations, service life of more than 5 years.
3. Application Scope
Suitable for various large steel structures, mechanical equipment, guardrail pipes, cast iron parts, oil tanks, petrochemical oil pipelines and devices with harsh environments and high anti-corrosion requirements; in addition to matching with our company's topcoat, the primer can also be used as a primer for various solvent-based anti-corrosion coatings and other industrial paints for metal bases.
4. Construction Instructions Surface treatment
New steel: Sandblasting reaches Sa2 level standard. If temporary surface protection is required, apply appropriate workshop primer. For other surfaces: Use a cleaning agent to remove grease, use high-pressure fresh water to remove salts and other pollutants, and use sandblasting and power tools to remove rust and loose coatings. Construction conditions: Follow the recommended construction process and keep ventilation during drying. It can be rolled, brushed, or sprayed. High-pressure airless spraying is recommended to obtain a uniform and good coating film and improve work efficiency. It must be stirred evenly before construction. If the viscosity is too high, 5%-10% of the original paint weight of clean water can be added to dilute it to the construction viscosity. In order to ensure the quality of the paint film, relative humidity>80%, or temperature 5℃, construction is not recommended.
5. Storage and transportation
The product should be stored in a shaded place, storage temperature: 5-35℃, and protected from severe cold, sunlight exposure and rain during transportation. The storage shelf life of this product is 6 months.
